I can't say enough good things about Big Mission Automotive. I wish every shop, dealer or otherwise operated like this.  These guys know their stuff. They don't just rely on codes. This is old school mechanics in a very positive way.  Steve is super friendly and knowledgeable.  The staff themselves do great work.   They give you options and explain in detail what service your vehicle needs or may need.  They give you options. This is the first independent shop I know of that offers you a ride or even a loaner for the day.  Just fantastic service.  I feel very fortunate to have them so close to the house. So glad that I gave Big Mission Auto a chance with my 80,000 mile check on my Audi Q5.  They were efficient, offered to take me back home, and also resolved the yellow engine light on my dash. Great communication all day and a fair price for their services. Don’t get out of there without sampling some custom coffee from their commercial quality machine.
